Top Cars Alonissos uses a model of corporate payments when making the booking as described below:

1. You pay a prepayment deposit during your booking, and the remaining amount is paid to the rental car on arrival.

2. You are at all times responsible for paying the cost of any additional services requested by you and you are responsible for any other service charges applied by said rental vehicle provider. You must use a credit card to take advantage of the service provided by this website. If you need to make any changes to your booking, you should contact the Top Cars Alonissos via the website, and to clearly inform about the precise details of this change. Top Cars Alonissos does not guarantee that these changes can be processed. However, every effort will be made to have a favorable outcome. In case that any change failure, the Top Cars Alonissos will not bear any responsibility. Changes can not be processed after receiving the vehicle.

3. Top Cars Alonissos is not in a position to offer you a refund if your rental expires early. If you wish to extend the rental period after receiving your rented vehicle (dates not covered by the RentalDeals coupon), you must pay the rental car directly, based on the local rental rates applicable at that time.

4. The credit card / management fee, if any, charged by Top Cars Alonissos is not refunded in any circumstances. It is the responsibility of the car hire provider to properly process your retention. The accuracy of any text snippets for renting a vehicle provided by this booking engine and any reservation made on this booking engine depends on the information you provide on this booking engine.

5. By making a booking / pre-booking, it is your responsibility to inform the vehicle rental provider, if necessary, of any physical or mental disability related to the rental of vehicles. In the event of an accident, there may be an impact on insurance if you do not inform the vehicle rental provider about the condition. Upon receipt of the rented vehicle, you will be required to produce an active and full driving license from the country of origin, a valid passport and a valid credit card in the name of the tenant (driver). In case you do not present the required documents, the car rental agent may refuse to give you the car and no amount paid will be refunded. If you make a reservation but do not pick up the vehicle, no amount paid will be refunded. Please be advised that in the event of late arrival it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the car rental agent. In the event of cancellations or flight delays, Top Cars Alonissos will not be liable for the amounts paid.

Confirmation of the reservation

1. When confirmation of your reservation, Top Cars Alonissos will issue the booking confirmation on behalf of the car hire provider for each booking but will not undertake to include charges for any additional services that may be requested by you at the pickup point of the vehicle. Top Cars Alonissos recommends that you check in detail the details of the reservation, e.g. country, location and rental period. If there are any discrepancies, you must immediately send a communication through the site that clearly informs RentalDeals of the exact details of this discrepancy.

2. Top Cars Alonissos advises you to read and comply with the terms and conditions of the car rental provider (which are available in this booking engine but may be changed by the car hire provider at times) according to which the vehicle rental provider makes the reserved vehicle available to you upon receipt of the booking confirmation. The retention numbers included in the booking confirmation must refer to all questions regarding the reservation, as well as in case of cancellation or modification of the reservation.
